- Wash and thoroughly dry your feet.
- Fold the pouch in half and cut along the top dotted line with scissors.
- Slip your feet into the mask socks and secure tightly around the ankles using the adhesive tabs.
- Leave on for 60 minutes, then remove and rinse your feet thoroughly with warm water.
- Dead skin cells will naturally begin to peel off within 4 to 7 days.
