We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you may be eligible for a return or refund based on the terms below.

نريد منك أن تكون سعيداً ومقتنعاً تماماً بمشترياتك. إذا لم تكن راضياً عن منتج ما، فقد تكون مؤهلاً لإرجاعه أو استرداد أموالك وفقاً للشروط الموضحة أدناه.

Eligibility for Returns - شروط وقواعد الإرجاع

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
Return requests must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery.
The product must include all accessories, freebies, and documentation included at purchase.

Not eligible for return/refund:

Used, opened, or damaged items.
Products past the 3-day return window.
Items marked Final Sale or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., opened sheet masks, lip products, skincare bottles with broken seals).
Gift cards and downloadable products.

للقبول في طلب الإرجاع:

يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، غير مفتوحة، وفي غلافها الأصلي المغلق.
يجب تقديم طلب الإرجاع خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
يجب أن يحتوي المنتج على كافة الملحقات الهدايا المجانية والكتيبات المدرجة عند الشراء.

الحالات غير القابلة للإرجاع أو الاسترداد:

المنتجات المستعملة أو المفتوحة أو التالفة.
الطلبات المقدمة بعد انتهاء مهلة الإرجاع (3 أيام).
المنتجات المحددة كـ بيع نهائي أو المنتجات الحساسة للنظافة الشخصية (مثل ماسكات الوجه المفتوحة، منتجات الشفاه، أو العناية بالبشرة ذات الغلاف المفتوح).
بطاقات الهدايا والمنتجات الرقمية.

How to Request a Return - طريقة تقديم طلب الإرجاع

To start a return process:

Contact our Customer Support team via email at zahra.beauty.bh@gmail.com or WhatsApp at (+973) 39920018 with:
- Order number
- Product name and reason for return
- Clear photos/videos if the product is damaged or defective
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

لبدء عملية الإرجاع:

يرجى التواصل مع فريق دعم العملاء عبر البريد الإلكتروني zahra.beauty.bh@gmail.com أو الواتساب على الرقم (+973) 39920018 مع تزويدنا بـ:
- رقم الطلب.
- اسم المنتج وسبب الإرجاع.
- صور/فيديوهات واضحة في حال كان المنتج تالفاً أو به عيب مصنعي.
سنقوم بمراجعة طلبك والرد عليك خلال 5 أيام عمل.

Return Shipping - تكاليف شحن الإرجاع

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us.
Please securely package the item to prevent damage during return transit.
يتحمل العميل تكاليف شحن الإرجاع، إلا إذا كان سبب الإرجاع ناتجاً عن إرسال منتج معيب أو تالف أو خاطئ من قبلنا.
يُرجى تغليف المنتج بشكل آمن لمنع تعرضه لأي تلف أثناء عملية الشحن والإرجاع.

Inspection & Approval - الفحص والموافقة

Once we receive your returned item:

We will inspect the product condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 – 7 business days.

فور استلام المنتج المرتجع:

سنقوم بفحص حالة المنتج للتأكد من استيفائه للشروط.
في حال الموافقة، سيتم معالجة وإرجاع المبلغ خلال 5 – 7 أيام عمل.

Refund Methods - طرق استرداد الأموال

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment:

Credit / Debit Card refunds: May take 3 – 7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
Store Credit refunds: Issued immediately upon approval.

Adjustments to refund amounts:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to an error on our part).
Partial refunds may apply if items are returned not in their original state.

سيتم رد الأموال إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية المستعملة عند الشراء:

المبالغ المستردة عبر البطاقات الائتمانية / البطاقات المصرفية: قد تستغرق من 3 – 7 أيام عمل للظهور في حسابك البنكي حسب سياسة البنك الخاص بك.
الرصيد في المتجر (Store Credit): يتم إصداره مباشرة فور الموافقة على الإرجاع.

تعديلات قيمة الاسترداد:

رسوم الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد (إلا إذا كان الإرجاع بسبب خطأ من المتجر).
قد يتم تطبيق استرداد جزئي للمبلغ إذا لم يتم إعادة المنتجات بحالتها الأصلية.

Exchanges - الاستبدال

Exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
If you wish to swap for a different item, please return the original product first and place a new order online.
يتم قبول الاستبدال فقط في حالة استلام منتجات معيبة، تالفة، أو خاطئة.
إذا كنت ترغب في التبديل بمنتج آخر، يرجى إرجاع المنتج الأصلي أولاً ثم طلب المنتج الجديد عبر الموقع.

Damaged or Defective Goods - المنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
We will cover return shipping costs and offer either:
- A replacement item sent to you at no extra charge, or
- A full refund, including original shipping costs.

إذا استلمت منتجاً معيباً، تالفاً، أو غير مطابق لطلبك:

يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب مع إرفاق صور واضحة وتفاصيل الطلب.
سنتحمل كامل تكاليف شحن الإرجاع ونخيرك بين:
- إرسال منتج بديل لك دون أي رسوم إضافية، أو
- استرداد كامل المبلغ بما في ذلك رسوم الشحن الأصلية.
