Not eligible for return/refund:

Items marked Final Sale or Hygiene Sensitive (e.g., sheet masks once opened).

Gift cards and downloadable products.
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return:

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Please securely package the item to prevent damage during return transit.
5. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your return:

We will inspect the item.

If approved, we will process your refund within 5 – 7 business days.
6. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment:

Credit/debit card refunds may take 3 – 7 business days to post.

Store credit refunds are processed immediately upon approval.
Refund amount may be adjusted:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we sent the wrong item or it’s defective.

Partial refunds may apply for items that are not returned in original condition.
7. Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect products.

If you want a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
8. Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
