Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you may be eligible for a return or refund based on the terms below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must include all accessories, freebies, and documentation that were included at purchase.

Not eligible for return/refund:

  • Used, opened, or damaged items.

  • Products past the return window.

  • Items marked Final Sale or Hygiene Sensitive (e.g., sheet masks once opened).

  • Gift cards and downloadable products.


3. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at email: zahra.beauty.bh@gmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Product name and reason for return

    • Photos if the product is damaged or defective

  2. We’ll review your request and reply within 5 business days.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

  • Please securely package the item to prevent damage during return transit.


5. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item.

  • If approved, we will process your refund within 5 – 7 business days.


6. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment:

  • Credit/debit card refunds may take 3 – 7 business days to post.

  • Store credit refunds are processed immediately upon approval.

Refund amount may be adjusted:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we sent the wrong item or it’s defective.

  • Partial refunds may apply for items that are not returned in original condition.


7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect products.

  • If you want a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.


8. Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

  • We will cover return shipping and either:

    • Resend the correct item, or

    • Issue a full refund, including original shipping.
