Overview

Some products may be available for pre-order. This policy explains how you can cancel a pre-order before it is shipped.

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or soon-to-be-available.

We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and charge the remaining payment upon fulfillment.
You can cancel an unfulfilled or partially paid pre-order before it ships.
Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
