Order Processing Time - مدة تجهيز الطلبات

• All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days (excluding weekends and official public holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
• يتم تجهيز جميع الطلبات خلال 1 – 2 يوم عمل (باستثناء عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية).
• يتم معالجة الطلبات المقدمة خلال عطلة نهاية الأسبوع أو الإجازات الرسمية في يوم العمل التالي.
• ستتلقى إشعاراً عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل النصية يحتوي على تفاصيل التتبع فور شحن طلبك.
  
  

Local Delivery (Bahrain) - التوصيل المحلي (داخل البحرين)

• Standard Delivery Time: 1 – 2 business days after processing.
• Standard Shipping Fee: 1.500 BHD (or Free Shipping on orders over a specified promotional threshold).
• Delivery Address Requirements: Please ensure you provide complete address details including Block, Road/Street, Building/House number, and CPR/Contact phone number to prevent delivery delays.
  
  

• مدة التوصيل الاعتيادية: 1 – 2 يوم عمل بعد تجهيز الطلب.
• رسوم الشحن الثابتة: 1.500 دينار بحريني (أو شحن مجاني للطلبات التي تتجاوز حداً معيناً حسب العروض الحالية).
• متطلبات عنوان التوصيل: يرجى التأكد من كتابة عنوان كامل ودقيق يشمل رقم المجمع، الشارع، المبنى/المنزل، ورقم التواصل لتجنب أي تأخير في التوصيل.
  
  

International & GCC Shipping - الشحن الدولي ودول مجلس التعاون

• Delivery Time: 3 – 7 business days depending on the destination and courier schedule.
• Shipping Rates: Calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and destination.
• Customs Duties & Import Taxes: International packages may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our checkout shipping fee.
  
  

• مدة التوصيل: 3 – 7 أيام عمل حسب الوجهة وجدول شركة الشحن.
• حساب رسوم الشحن: يتم حساب تكلفة الشحن تلقائياً عند الدفع بناءً على وزن الشحنة والبلد الوارد إليها.
• الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب: قد تخضع الشحنات الدولية للرسوم الجمركية أو ضريبة القيمة المضافة أو رسوم التخليص المطبقة في دولة المستلم. هذه التكاليف تقع على عاتق المشتري وليست مشمولة في رسوم الشحن المدفوعة بالموقع.
  
  

Order Tracking - تتبع الطلب

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking link.
• You can use the provided tracking number on our shipping partner's portal to monitor your package delivery status.
• فور شحن طلبك، ستتلقى رسالة تأكيد تحتوي على رابط التتبع.
• يمكنك استخدام رقم التتبع المرفق عبر موقع شركة الشحن لمتابعة حالة شحنتك حتى وصولها.
  
  

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Delivery - العناوين الخاطئة وعدم استلام الطلب

• Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missing contact details, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
• يتحمل العميل مسؤولية تقديم بيانات شحن صحيحة وكاملة.
• في حال إعادة الشحنة إلينا بسبب عنوان خاطئ، عدم رغبة في الاستلام، أو تعذر التواصل مع العميل، سيتوجب على العميل دفع رسوم الشحن لإعادة إرسال الطلب مرة أخرى.
  
  

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages - الشحنات المفقودة أو التالفة

• Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the damaged item and original packaging.
• Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
• المنتجات التالفة: في حال وصول الشحنة تالفة، يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع إرفاق صور/فيديوهات واضحة للتلف والتغليف الأصلي.
• الشحنات المفقودة: إذا كانت حالة التتبع تشير إلى تم التوصيل ولم تستلم الطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا فوراً لنتمكن من المتابعة مع شركة الشحن.
