Shampoo: Wet hair thoroughly, pump an appropriate amount into palms, lather and massage into scalp and hair, then rinse well.

Conditioner: After shampooing, lightly remove excess water, apply an appropriate amount to the entire hair length avoiding the scalp, and rinse thoroughly.

الشامبو: بلّلي الشعر جيدًا، ضعي كمية مناسبة على راحة اليد، أنشئي رغوة ودلّكي فروة الرأس والشعر، ثم اشطفي جيدًا.
