What is Zahra Beauty Rewards?
Zahra Beauty Rewards is our planned loyalty program where members will be able to earn points, redeem rewards and unlock VIP benefits.
How do I join?
You can create a Zahra Beauty Store customer account using the Join button. Rewards enrollment will become active when the new program launches.
How do I earn points?
Planned earning activities include eligible purchases, birthdays, product reviews, social activities and referrals. Exact rules will be published before launch.
How do VIP levels work?
We are planning three levels: Bloom, Glow and Radiance. Qualification thresholds and membership benefits are still being finalized.
How can I redeem my points?
Once the new system is active, eligible members will be able to exchange points for available rewards according to the published program rules.
Do my points expire?
The expiry policy for the new program has not been finalized. We will publish it before launch.
What happens if I return an order?
Points earned from refunded or cancelled purchases may be reversed according to the final program terms.
Will my existing Casa points transfer?
Migration of existing points has not been confirmed yet. We will review the available export and migration options before switching systems.
