Our Commitment to Authenticity

Every product sold at Zahra Beauty Store is sourced directly from authorized distributors and brand-licensed suppliers. We do not source through parallel-import channels or third-party resellers.

🛍️ How We Source Our Products

  • Direct purchase from brand-authorized distributors for each product line we carry.
  • All suppliers provide official invoices and authorization documentation, which we retain for our records.
  • We do not purchase from parallel importers, grey-market channels, or unverified sources.

🔍 How to Verify Your Product

  • Batch code: Every product carries a printed batch code on its packaging. You can check this code on the brand's official website or via tools such as checkfresh.com or checkcosmetic.net.
  • Seal & packaging: Authentic products arrive with intact factory seals, undamaged outer cartons, and clearly printed labels. If you receive a product with a broken seal or damaged packaging, please contact us before use.
  • Brand registration: Many brands we carry are registered with the Kingdom of Bahrain's National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA). You may verify registration on the NHRA official portal.

📅 Expiry & Shelf Life Policy

  • We only stock and dispatch products with a remaining shelf life of at least 12 months from the date of dispatch, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
  • Expiry dates are printed on each product's packaging. Please check before first use.
  • If you receive a product with an expiry date shorter than stated, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

🌡️ Storage Standards

  • Products are stored in a climate-controlled environment away from direct sunlight and excess humidity.
  • We follow each brand's recommended storage conditions to preserve product integrity during storage and before dispatch.
  • Heat-sensitive products (such as SPF formulations and serums) are kept below the manufacturer's recommended temperature threshold.

جميع المنتجات المباعة في متجر زهرة بيوتي مصدرها موزعون معتمدون وموردون مرخّصون من العلامات التجارية مباشرةً. نحن لا نشتري عبر قنوات الاستيراد الموازية أو تجار التجزئة غير المعتمدين.

  • شراء مباشر من الموزعين المعتمدين من قِبل العلامة التجارية لكل خط منتجات نحمله.
  • يوفر جميع مورّدينا فواتير رسمية ووثائق تفويض نحتفظ بها في سجلاتنا.
  • لا نشتري من مستوردين موازيين أو قنوات سوق رمادية أو مصادر غير موثّقة.

🔍 كيف تتحقق من منتجك

  • رمز الدفعة (Batch Code): يحمل كل منتج رمز دفعة مطبوعاً على عبوته. يمكنك التحقق من هذا الرمز عبر الموقع الرسمي للعلامة التجارية أو أدوات مثل checkfresh.com أو checkcosmetic.net.
  • الختم والتغليف: تصل المنتجات الأصلية بأختام مصنع سليمة وعلب خارجية غير تالفة وملصقات مطبوعة بوضوح. إذا استلمت منتجاً بختم مكسور أو تغليف تالف، يرجى التواصل معنا قبل الاستخدام.
  • تسجيل العلامة التجارية: كثير من العلامات التجارية التي نحملها مسجّلة لدى الهيئة الوطنية لتنظيم المهن والخدمات الصحية بمملكة البحرين (NHRA). يمكنك التحقق عبر بوابة NHRA الرسمية.

📅 سياسة انتهاء الصلاحية ومدة الصلاحية

  • نحن نخزّن ونشحن المنتجات التي يتبقى لها مدة صلاحية لا تقل عن 12 شهراً من تاريخ الشحن، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك على صفحة المنتج.
  • تواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية مطبوعة على عبوة كل منتج. يرجى التحقق منها قبل الاستخدام الأول.
  • إذا استلمت منتجاً بتاريخ انتهاء صلاحية أقل مما هو مُعلن، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام للحصول على بديل أو استرداد.

🌡️ معايير التخزين

  • تُخزَّن المنتجات في بيئة مُتحكَّم بدرجة حرارتها، بعيداً عن ضوء الشمس المباشر والرطوبة الزائدة.
  • نتّبع شروط التخزين الموصى بها من كل علامة تجارية للحفاظ على سلامة المنتج طوال فترة التخزين وقبل الشحن.
  • المنتجات الحساسة للحرارة (مثل واقيات الشمس والسيرومات) تُحفظ دون درجة الحرارة الحدية التي يوصي بها المصنّع.
